EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Here at veterans in Sefton we have developed our own pathways to employment working with various organisations across the employment sector. At Veterans in Sefton, We think its very important to support an individual into employment or to start the journey of searching for employment. All the organisations we work with have signed up to our Holistic approach and that is firstly recognise that some individuals maybe suffering from some sort of mental health issue, that individual may need our support at some time during their training or employment. We can intervene and support that individual during that time without putting their employment or future employment in jeopardy.
Veterans in Sefton does not want to set anyone up to fail, if support is needed during employment or training, then it should not affect the future of the employee or trainer. We believe that early intervention is key when working together to support individuals and employers alike. This partnership between an employer and employee has served us well and will continue to do so.
