One Vision Housing
Working closely with One Vision Housing, we have developed a unique Service Level Agreement to provide suitable housing for our service users, using allocations outside of Property Pool Plus. This service is only available via a housing referral from Veterans in Sefton CIO.
Terms and Conditions
The services One Vision Housing provides are as follows:
(i) The provision of properties suitable to the needs of individual service users, initially let on an assured shorthold 12-month starter tenancy and then converted to a secure tenancy assuming no breaches of tenancy occur.
(ii) Carry out the landlord function in accordance with the tenancy agreement
(iii) 1, 4- and 9-month home visits in partnership work with the CRT responsible officer and/or identified floating support provider.
(iv) Accordance with OVH demand incentive policy where 2-bed properties are accepted.
(v) Fair access to furniture where required via customer support and tenancy sustainment policies.
Furthermore, if a tenancy is successful via the SLA, Veterans in Sefton CIO will assist in the following procedures:

Here at Veterans in Sefton CIO, we have also developed other pathways into housing options, including supported living and private landlords. These routes are taken on more of an individual needs basis, which we would cover during our initial discussion of your situation in our needs assessment.
